MBLEX.AI Privacy Policy

This page explains the information handled through the MBLEX.AI exam preparation website at mblex.ai and its related learning application. Contact: info@amomschool.org.

1. Information used to operate your account

When you register or sign in, MBLEX.AI may process your name, email address, account identifiers, login status, and account preferences. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic identity claims permitted by your consent, such as your verified email address, name, and a Google-specific identifier. We do not request your Google password. Existing students may also have school-related account and enrollment information.

2. Study and learning records

To provide practice questions, flashcards, AI-assisted study, mock exams, and saved learning features, the system processes selected answers, scores, topic progress, session activity, learning language preferences, and related records. Material you submit to an AI Tutor may be processed to provide its response; avoid entering patient details or other sensitive personal information into free-text study tools.

3. Session cookies and technical information

The website uses session cookies and related browser storage for sign-in, learning preferences, and core functionality. Servers and hosting services may retain access and error logs, including device/browser details, timestamps, IP addresses, and requested page paths for security and troubleshooting. Avoid sharing login links that include temporary authentication parameters.

4. Why this information is used

We use the information to authenticate users, protect accounts, make study materials available, save progress, support users, detect misuse, improve technical performance, and meet legal obligations where applicable.

5. External services

Google processes authentication information according to its own policies when you choose Google sign-in. Hosting, email delivery, and AI service providers may process information needed for their supported functions. YouTube videos and Amazon book links, when available, may take you to external services with their own policies. Apple sign-in and paid subscriptions are not yet available to the public.

6. Keeping accounts secure

We use account access checks and technical safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Social sign-in is identified using a provider-specific account identifier rather than automatically merging accounts that share an email address. Please report suspicious access using the contact email below.

7. Retention, account access and deletion

Records may be retained for as long as needed to operate an account, provide purchased or granted access, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet applicable requirements. To ask about access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal account information, email info@amomschool.org with the subject “MBLEX.AI Privacy Request.” We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or legitimate operational obligations.

8. Children and exam information

MBLEX.AI is intended for massage therapy exam preparation, not directed to children. It is an independent study resource, not the official MBLEx exam provider.

9. Updates

We may update this notice as features and service providers change. An updated effective date will be shown here when a revised notice is published.
