MBLEX.AI Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using MBLEX.AI practice questions, flashcards, study tools, learning accounts, and supporting materials on mblex.ai.

1. Independent exam preparation

MBLEX.AI offers educational study resources. MBLEX.AI is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). MBLEx and related marks identify the exam for which independent preparation is offered. Study materials are not actual exam questions unless specifically and lawfully identified otherwise, and use of this service does not guarantee a passing score, license, or eligibility determination.

2. Accounts and appropriate use

Users should provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in methods, and use their own accounts. Google sign-in may be used where enabled. Accounts belonging to another person, scraping or unauthorized extraction of question banks, impersonation, attempting to bypass access controls, and harassment are not permitted. We may restrict accounts to protect the platform or comply with applicable law.

3. Educational content and AI assistance

Practice questions, flashcards, explanations, automated recommendations, and AI Tutor responses are study aids. Some AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against trustworthy educational references. The platform does not replace clinical training, professional judgment, official licensing procedures, or instructions from the exam administrator.

4. Content and copyright

MBLEX.AI branding, original site design, and original authored learning content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use materials for your own authorized learning but may not redistribute or commercially reproduce protected content without appropriate permission.

5. Prices and subscriptions

MBLEX.AI displays a planned Apple subscription at $9.90 per month, but this subscription is not currently available for purchase on the website. No payment is collected by the “Coming soon” display. If subscriptions become available, the final price, auto-renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rules, and purchase confirmation will be shown before purchase through the applicable store or provider. Paid access is not activated by viewing a price or creating a free account.

6. External content

Links to YouTube live classes, recorded lessons, Amazon Kindle books, and other services may be offered when verified content is available. These are separate platforms with their own terms, prices, and privacy practices. Availability and schedules can change.

7. Availability, changes and limitations

We aim to keep study tools available, but maintenance, network issues, service-provider failures, or content updates may affect access. Where permitted by applicable law, services and information are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular exam outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
